Project Management, Supervision and Quality Assurance (QA/QC)

Technical supervision and field quality control to ensure the precise execution of engineering designs and the mitigation of construction risks.

Our Approach

We ensure that execution in the field strictly complies with the design drawings, technical specifications, international standards and efficient CAPEX control. Our technical supervision minimises operational deviations, controls construction risks and safeguards the structural integrity and quality of critical assets.

Areas of Work

  • Comprehensive management of construction projects (Project Management) focused on strict schedule control, contractor administration, cost planning and the optimisation of CAPEX in the field.
  • Quality assurance and control (QA/QC / CQA) applied to earthworks, tailings dams, water dams, leach pads, ponds, waste dumps and major infrastructure to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Earthworks control in the field through the execution and validation of in situ density tests, moisture content determination and Proctor tests to engineering standards.
  • Technical supervision and inspection of geosynthetics, covering installation control and verification of in situ tests through pre-weld tests, destructive and non-destructive testing and geoelectrical methods.
  • Implementation and control of geotechnical instrumentation, focused on the installation and commissioning of piezometers, inclinometers, accelerometers and telemetric monitoring systems using gateways and data loggers.
  • Development of contract engineering and tender packages through the preparation of detailed technical specifications, the structuring of terms of reference and the preparation of strategic reports to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.
  • Quality dossier and final commissioning through the consolidation of construction documents, the preparation of closure drawings and the delivery of the As-Built project file (in accordance with the works as executed).
